Please note that prices and totals are in New Taiwan dollars (NT$), as Tribe-Asia is registered in Taipei, Taiwan. U.S. dollar amounts are placed next to each product for your reference.

Tribe-Asia will make every effort to keep U.S. dollar prices updated according to the current exchange rate, but exchange rates vary from day to day, and Tribe-Asia cannot be held responsible for exchange rate discrepancies.

Choose from two options: Express Mail Service (EMS) or DHL.

Both options come with a tracking system and deliveries must be signed for. Provide a home or office address including postal code and telephone number. Please no post office boxes.

Shipping charges will be calculated based on the option you choose and the final weight of all ordered products.

Expect two to four weeks for delivery.

Customer is responsible for re-shipment charges if package is returned due to incorrect information provided in the order form or if no one is available to sign on repeated attempts to deliver.

Customer is responsible for import duties.

Shipping is free for orders sent to an address within Taiwan.

 
 
 
Tribe-Asia specializes in handmade or mostly handmade handicrafts and art works of indigenous peoples. As such, Tribe-Asia’s products are one of a kind. Some artists may produce a number of similar products, but because they are handmade no two will be exactly the same. As most indigenous artists are only able to work on their craft part time, and handmade works are time consuming to make, it may not always be possible for items from a particular artist to be quickly restocked. It is highly recommended that if interested in a product that you place your order as quickly as possible to avoid disappointment.

The Tribe-Asia team will make every effort to remove sold items from the Tribe-Asia Website immediately. However, if the product you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you as to the availability of a similar item. You may choose to wait for a similar item, or if payment has been made, exchange for another item of equal value or receive credit with Tribe-Asia towards a future order in the amount of the out-of-stock item.

If a product is found to be damaged or defective, or if not satisfied with a particular product, please return within seven (7) days of delivery. You may choose to exchange for another item of equal value or receive credit with Tribe-Asia towards a future order in the amount of the damaged or defective product.
